We are proud to celebrate our Introduction to Culinary students who have successfully earned their Food Handler Certification! This is the first major step into the food service industry and serves as the foundation for all future culinary classes. By mastering essential food safety practices—like proper hygiene, temperature control, and cross-contamination prevention—these students are now certified to work safely and responsibly in any kitchen setting. Not only is this certification required by all Texas restaurants and food establishments, but it also gives students a competitive edge when applying for jobs, internships, and culinary programs. It shows dedication, professionalism, and a readiness to grow in the industry. Way to go, future chefs and food service pros!🖤💛
