We are proud to introduce our new Head Girls Basketball Coach: Alfonzo Franklin. Coach Franklin comes to Morton with a wealth of knowledge and experience. He was previously the Head Girls Basketball Coach at Abilene High School as well as Hale Center High School. He lead Hale Center to a District Championship in 2022 and received Coach of the Year honors.
Coach Franklin says, “I’m Coach Alfonzo Franklin, and I’m excited for the opportunity to lead and build a strong girls basketball program. I’m passionate about developing student-athletes on and off the court through hard work, discipline, and a team-first mindset.
I’m a proud husband and father of five, and my family is the foundation of everything I do. I look forward to becoming part of the community and getting to work."
