Congratulations to Morton Secondary School’s Employees of the Month for August & September. Coach Alfaro & Coach Bulmer Thank you both for your dedication to our students and the difference you make in our school each day. 🖤💛 A special thank you to Bubba’s 33 for providing meal vouchers to help us celebrate these outstanding teachers! #FN5GL #Entry T-Mobile MortonSchools

For the safety of our students, all parents and guardians must follow the designated pickup procedures. Parents must stop and park at the coops for pickup. If you arrive before 4:00 PM, please begin lining up behind the safety cones. Vehicles may not block or park in front of Morton Elementary because this area is a designated EMERGENCY LANE. Parents may not pull forward toward the cafeteria until the cafeteria doors open at 4:30 PM. Officer Rocio will be on patrol to assist with traffic flow and ensure these safety procedures are followed. These procedures are in place to protect our students, staff, and families. Your patience, cooperation, and attention to these important safety rules are greatly appreciated. #FN5GL #Entry T-Mobile MortonSchools

This past week has been incredibly heavy on our students, staff, families, and community. After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to cancel tomorrow’s JH Scrimmage and Friday’s Varsity football game at Olton. Right now, our students and staff need time—to grieve, to rest, and to lean on one another. We are incredibly thankful to Olton ISD for their compassion and understanding during this difficult time. Football will still be there. The lights will come back on. But right now, we take care of our people. Please continue to keep Indian Nation in your thoughts and prayers.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has continued to support Morton ISD by posting, sharing, and using the hashtags for the T-Mobile Friday Night 5G Lights Sweepstakes! Because of your support, we have been awarded $5,000! But we’re not finished yet! We are STILL IN THE RACE for the $1 MILLION football stadium makeover! We truly couldn’t have made it this far without our amazing students, staff, families, alumni, and community members. Every post, every share, and every hashtag helps keep Morton in the game! Indian Nation, LET’S KEEP GOING STRONG! Keep posting. Keep sharing. Keep showing everyone what INDIAN PRIDE is all about! $5,000 DOWN… $1 MILLION TO GO! #FN5GL #Entry T-Mobile MortonSchools
